For many trips, there is no additional advisor fee. For more complex itineraries or consulting-only requests, a planning fee may apply. If a fee is involved, I’ll explain it clearly before any work begins.

Planning a trip yourself is completely possible. The value I add is experience, judgment and one point of contact across the whole journey. I help you compare options, avoid unnecessary complexity, make better choices and deal with problems if something changes along the way.

Fair question. I spent 17 years with Qantas Airways, progressing from frontline travel sales into senior leadership. My career included work on the Airbus A380 introduction, the Qantas First and Business lounges at Los Angeles International Airport and Inflight Entertainment. I’ve also traveled to more than 70 countries myself. That combination of industry experience and firsthand travel knowledge shapes how I plan every trip.

Yes. I can arrange flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, touring, experiences and travel insurance. I prefer to look at the trip as a whole so the individual pieces work together properly.

Yes. I can help with an individual cruise, hotel stay, flight or other component when that is all you need. For more complex trips, I generally prefer to look at the journey as a whole so the individual pieces work together properly.

For ocean cruising, I work with lines including Celebrity Cruises, Oceania, Silversea, Holland America, Princess Cruises, Virgin Voyages and Royal Caribbean. I have sailed all of them except Silversea, and I will always tell you which is which.

For river cruising, I work with AmaWaterways, Viking, Uniworld, Scenic, Riverside Luxury Cruises and other lines depending on the itinerary. The right choice depends on your travel style, budget, itinerary and the kind of experience you’re looking for.

Absolutely. Solo travel benefits from thoughtful planning around the right ship, room category, pacing and logistics. I work with solo travelers regularly and enjoy getting those details right.

I don’t redeem airline or credit card points on a client’s behalf, but I can help you think through where using points may make sense alongside the parts of the trip I’m arranging.

For complex international itineraries, safaris and peak-season travel, six to twelve months ahead is a good guide. Some trips can come together much faster, depending on availability and flexibility. I’ll tell you what is realistic for the dates you have in mind.

Payment schedules vary by supplier and booking type. Most trips involve a deposit followed by a final balance closer to departure. I’ll explain the payment schedule clearly before anything is confirmed, and payments are generally made directly to the relevant supplier.

Yes. I operate as an affiliate of WorldVia Travel Network and make bookings through established travel suppliers and booking systems. In most cases, payments are made directly to the supplier and you receive confirmation for the booking.

Yes. I can discuss travel insurance options with you as part of the planning process and help make sure you understand the cover available before you travel.

I’ll help you understand the supplier’s change or cancellation terms and work through the available options with you. Any fees, credits or refunds are governed by the individual supplier’s conditions, but you won’t be left to navigate the process alone.
